ShopliftingA shoplifting incident Friday evening at the Plymouth Walmart resulted in the arrest of two men from Knox.

About 7:30 Officer Jeremy Enyart was dispatched to Walmart after asset protection reported two male subjects shoplifting.    He confronted the two male subjects who admitted they did in fact shoplift items. Located on their persons were multiple tool items and auto parts.

During the investigation methamphetamine was located on 47 year old Mark Elders.  He was lodged in the County Jail for Possession of Methamphetamine and Theft and held on a $750.00 cash bond.  21 year old Dakota Elder was lodge for Theft with a $750.00 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
