Plymouth Police Officer John Weir served an arrest warrant on 34 year old Kelly Cowger Jr. Saturday morning at 404 Clark Street.
Cowger was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $14,000 cash bond for failure to appear on a probation violation.
