Donnelly_Farm Bill Listening SessionFriday, November 10th, U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly will hold a Farm Bill Listening Session on the Ancilla College Campus in Plymouth.   He will also be meeting with students who are interested in pursuing a career in agriculture, visit Ancilla Collge’s Ag Department and meet with faculty, members of the Indiana Soil and Water Conservation District, and the Indiana Farm Bureau.

The listening tour is an ongoing effort by Donnelly to hear from Hoosier farmers and producers about their priorities for the upcoming Farm Bill. Donnelly kicked off his Farm Bill listening tour in January in Indianapolis and since then has held nearly 10 listening sessions across the state. Through his work on the Senate Agriculture Committee, Donnelly has worked tirelessly to advocate for Hoosier farmers and rural communities. As part of the previous Farm Bill, Donnelly successfully pushed several measures that were signed into law in 2014 as part of the bipartisan Farm Bill.
