Thursday evening, October 26th at 6:55 the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department was notified of a burglary and theft that had occurred at a residence in the 200 block of South Street in
LaPaz. The burglary took place between 3:30 PM on Wednesday, October 25 and 5:00 PM on the 26.
Deputy Jordan Rans investigated the incident and found the suspect(s) forced entry into the home and once they were inside the residence the removed several tools, saws, and a Craftsman self-propelled lawn mower.
