The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department just released details on a pursuit that happened on Saturday, October 21st.
Just before 9 a.m. last Saturday Marshall and Starke County Police were involved in a vehicle pursuit that resulted in the arrest of two.
Officers pursued 33 year old Julius Novitske of Plymouth in a silver Dodge pickup near 10B Road and the West County Line Road.
The pursuit continued to a private residence on Upas Road where Mr. Novitske and his passenger, 38 year old Joseph Giselbach of Ora were taken into custody.
Mr. Novitske is currently held at the Marshall County Jail for numerous new charges.
