Twenty year old Justice Warren of Plymouth was pulled over for multiple traffic violations Thursday afternoon about 12:45 at Jackson and Center Streets. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Mr. Warren had never received a license from Indiana or any other state. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
