Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre was dispatched to the Economy Inn on North Michigan Street Wednesday afternoon at 12:10 for a possible domestic situation.
During his investigation Officer McIntyre determined there was no domestic situation but the male subject involved, 40 year old Phillip Cuevas, had an active warrant from Elkhart County. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail to await extradition.
