MugShot_Derrick Hines Jr.An Illinois man was arrested early Saturday morning after a county police officer clocked him traveling 92 MPH in a 50 MPH speed zone. 

Just after 3 o’clock Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a gray 2004 Honda passenger car in the area of US 30 and Plymouth-Goshen Trail.  Not only was the vehicle exceeding the speed limit but there was a 2 year old child improperly restrained in the backseat. 

The driver, 18 year old Derrick R. Hines JR of Chicago, was found to be Operating a vehicle Without ever receiving a driver`s License.  He was booked into the Marshall County Jail for reckless driving and operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver`s license and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
