On Saturday, October 7th, at 4:10 in the morning Marshall County Police Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a silver 2010 Chevrolet Malibu in the area of US 30 and Iris Road.
As the officer stopped the vehicle, a male driver got out of the vehicle and switched seats with a female passenger as the officer was pulling behind them. The male, identified as 28 year old Jose Mendoza Martinez of South Bend was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver`s license. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $250 cash bond.
