A driver, three times over the legal limit was arrested Saturday evening, October 7th after being involved in a single vehicle accident.
At 7:19 Marshall County Police Officers were dispatched to the area of US 6 and Quince Road for a single vehicle minor injury accident.
Officer Wozniak and Reserve Officer Furlan arrive on scene and found a silver 2015 Ford Mustang with front end damage in a yard in the 1900 block of US6.
The driver of the vehicle, 24 year old Grace Lewis of Plymouth was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated over three times the legal limit. She was taken to Plymouth Hospital and later transported to the jail and booked in on charges of Operating a Vehicle with a BAC of.15% or more and OWI Endangering a Person and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
