Sunday morning, October 8, at about 7:00 the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department received a call in reference to a suspicious person in the area of Muckshaw and 13th Roads.
Marshall County Sheriff`s Deputies located the suspicious male, identified as 26 year old Cody Deery of Monterey. He was found to be in possession of marijuana and a Schedule IV controlled substance.
Mr. Deery was arrested and lodged at the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Controlled Substance and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
