On Friday, October 6th, at 9:54 PM, Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop in the area of US 31 and US 6. The driver of the vehicle, 47 year old Ronald C. Greenwood of Benton Harbor was found to be Operating While Intoxicated under the influence of alcohol. He was taken to the Plymouth Hospital for a certified test and showed to be over three times the legal limit.
Ronald Greenwood was also found to be Driving While Suspended and officers located a clear plastic baggie which contained marijuana inside the vehicle.
Greenwood was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $4,500 cash bond with an October 17th initial hearing date in Marshall Superior Court II.
Officer Wozniak was assisted by Officer Anthony Bragg and Reserve Officer Michael Barnes.
