Marshall County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD), in partnership with St. Joseph County SWCD, is hosting a FREE Cover Crop Workshop on October 25, on the Schrock farm located at 1400 Miami Trail in Bremen.
Agricultural practices play a vital role in maintaining water quality. Dr. Jennifer Tank, Notre Dame University, will be presenting information from her research and Rich Schlipf, Schlipf Precision Ag, will be presenting information on setting up your planter. A tour of cover crops fields will follow the presentations.
