Plymouth Police investigated a complaint of violating a protection order Saturday, September 30th at 2513 North Michigan Street.
During the course of the investigation, Officer Bob DeLee determined that 37 year old Jose Luis Calderon-Sauceda of Plymouth was found to have violated the order and was arrested. He was also found with a fraudulent government ID, lied about his identity and made threats to the arresting officer.
He was held on a $3,000 cash bond in the Marshall County Jail.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
