It’s BACK! After 7 years, the Latino Fest is BACK! This Saturday, September 30th, River Park Square will be filled with the smells of authentic Latino food, great music, flamenco dancers, fun for the kids, a quinceanera fashion show and LuchaLibre!
Starting at 5:00 pm and running until 10:00 pm, the Latino Fest committee invites you to come to River Park Square for some family fun! There will be bounce houses and games for the kids, all free of charge. There will be plentiful choices of food for sale by different vendors. There will also be a market place to shop and an area to learn about local social service agencies.
LuchaLibre will start at 5:00 pm! Yakuza, Blue Inferno, Eragon, Ricky Vidal, Bazooka, Ref Russ and many others will be in action! Come and cheer on your favorite!
There will be a performance by a flamenco dance group and then a Salsa dance lesson by Mewsette Cartwright from the Lifeplex Dance Academy.
Be sure to check out the beautiful girls modeling some fabulous quinceanera dresses in the fashion show. After the fashion show, there will be a band playing so everyone can show off their dance moves!
Plan to spend the entire evening and celebrate this wonderful culture and all it has to offer! Don’t forget to buy your Latino Fest t-shirt for only $10!
See you Saturday!!
