Plymouth Color Logo2014The City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meeting Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m. in the conference room of the Fire Department.

Agenda for the Board of Public Works and Safety meeting at 6 includes department head reports, presentation of an executive order to place a dumpster at 408 Pierce Street for a home renovation project and requests for downtown Trick-or-Treat by the Chamber of Commerce, permission to conduct an Adopt-A-Street project by the Mayor’s Youth Council and the temporary closing of a street by John Montgomery.

The Plymouth Common Council meeting at 6:30 has a public hearing for the tax Abatement request of American Containers, second and third reading of the ordinances for the 2018 budget and the salary ordinance along with the vacation of Allen Street.

The city’s Planning Consultant, Ralph Booker will present an amendment to the city’s zoning ordinance creating standards for Solar Energy Systems.

Both city meetings are open to the public with comments and questions limited to agenda items only.

Those attending the meetings should use the front south door of the Fire Department to enter.
