Laurie Baker, Administrative Manager for the County Highway Department presented the County Commissioners with a proposal to conduct a Marshall County Governmental Auction from Darrell Ball from Ball Auction Service in Bourbon.
The auction will consist of highway equipment, office furniture and office equipment.
Baker noted that employees of the County Highway Department will assist with set up for the auction and load out of the items being sold.
Ball Auction’s proposal is on a sliding scale with commissions set at various increments from 5% up to 15%.
The sale date is Friday, October 27, 2017 at 12:30 p.m.
