warrant28 year old Seth Layman of North Plum Street in Plymouth was arrested Friday on a warrant.

While investigating an unrelated complaint Plymouth Police Officer Ray West found that Seth Layman had an active warrant for Failure to Appear.  He was arrested without incident and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $287 cash bond.
