Sunday evening about 11:15 Bremen Police were dispatched to a nuisance complaint at the Marathon Gas Station at 224 West Plymouth Street.
Bremen Officer Wes Atkins arrested 37 year old Corey L. Kling of North Center Street for Public Intoxication and Illegal Possession of a Syringe.
Kling was held in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
