MugShot_John HatzfeldOn Monday, May 15th, about 3:45 in the morning, Marshall County Police Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a blue 2005 Dodge Magnum in the area of US 30 and Michigan Street.   Throughout the investigation, the driver, 62 year old John J. Hatzfeld of Plainfield, IL, was determined to be under the influence of alcohol.   He was offered a certified test and tested over two times the legal limit of alcohol.

 

John Hatzfeld was taken to the Marshall County Jail and processed for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Endangering and Operating with a BAC of .15% or more. He was held on a $4,500 cash bond.
