Early Sunday morning, just before 2, an officer with the Marshall County Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Michigan Street in Plymouth near Dickson Street.
His investigation determined that the driver, 25 year old Kyle Richards of 14B Road in Plymouth was impaired. He was arrested for Operating While Intoxicate Endangering a Person and Operating While Intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content of .08% or higher.
