On Monday, May 1st the Indiana State Police Criminal Interdiction Unit with the assistance of the Indiana State Police SWAT Team and Plymouth Canine Officer executed a search warrant on 11302 Maple Road in Plymouth. The search warrant was part of an investigation involving methamphetamine activity in the Plymouth area.
Located at the residence was 39 year old Sara Hopkins of the Maple Road address who was arrested for outstanding warrants out of Starke and Marshall County and held in the Marshall County Jail without bond.
A Leona Cochran was also located and arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Grant County.
It was discovered several other subjects were living at the residence.
Methamphetamines, needles, and other drug paraphernalia were located.
Information from this investigation is being forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office for additional charges.
