Plymouth Police K9 carSaturday evening Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to Centennial Park for a vehicle that struck a pole in the area of Columbus and Baker Streets and left the scene of the accident.

Officers discovered that 31 year old Duane Longacre of lot 235 at 1535 North Michigan Street was the driver who left the scene of the accident.  A passenger in the vehicle, 28 year old Paul White of Redwood Road was in possession of a syringe.

Both men were transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Paul White was booked for the Unlawful Possession of a Syringe and held on a $1,500 cash bond while Duane Longacre was held for Failure to Stop after Accident and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
