The Red Storm Jr High golfers travelled across town to the former Plymouth Rock Golf Course, now known as Woodbury Golf Course, on a cold and windy Thursday night to face off against the host Urey Falcons. The Lincoln boys team stayed undefeated on the season with a resounding 195-216 victory to push their season record to 5-0. Leading the way was medalist Owen Yoder carding a 44 under miserable conditions. Yoder was the only player on either team to shoot in the 40’s.
The girls team from Urey did not field a full team but that didn’t stop both Grace Hinderlider and Annastasia Hutchings from carding season-best scores of 60 and 63, respectively. Medalist honors for the girls went to Urey’s Megan Kobelt with a 52.
