A Mishawaka man was arrested Saturday and charged with Reckless Homicide and Dealing in a Narcotic Drug.
Just before 7 p.m. Saturday, Marshall County Police were called to a residence on Del-lo-me Lane east of Plymouth for a male subject found deceased in the home.
Through an investigation it is believed the subject overdosed on a narcotic drug. Officers were able to locate 43 year old Justin Kent Green who is believed to have supplied the drug to the victim.
Green was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond that was paid about 2 o’clock Monday afternoon. He was released with a May 23rd court date in Superior Court I.
