Marshall County Police Officer Ryan Hollopeter was assisting Bourbon Police who were in a high speed pursuit and said the driver , Tori Drubert, reached speeds over 100 miles per hour.  The pursuit ended when Drubert ran off the roadway and hit a tree on Queen Road near US 30.

Drubert was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating With a Scheduled Controlled Substance in her system (C Misdemeanor) and Resisting Law Enforcement (Level 6 Felony). She was held on a $3,000 cash bond.


MugShot_Philip Shriver (1)A passenger in the vehicle, 32-year-old Philip Shriver of Pennsylvania Avenue in Plymouth was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony) and Unlawful Possession of a Syringe (Level 6 Felony). He was held on a $3,000 cash bond.

During the investigation officers located methamphetamine inside the vehicle.
