MugShot_Keith ButzAn Illinois man is in the Marshall County Jail after a 911 caller suspected he was drunk and passed out in his vehicle.

On Saturday (4/22/17) about 8:30 in the evening the Marshall County Central Dispatch received a call of a male passed out in a vehicle on 5B Road near Union Road.

The driver, 55 year old Keith Butz of LaGrange was found to be intoxicated.  He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and OWI with a blood alcohol content of .15% or more.
