Plymouth Police served a couple of warrants on Monday. About 12:30 in the afternoon Officer Ben McIntyre located 36 year old Christopher Hughes and 30 year old Teresa Perez at their residence at 1420 West Madison Street. Hughes was held with no bond for theft while Perez was held on a $250 cash bond for Failure to Appear.
About 4:30 in the afternoon 24 year old Amanda Lyn Odonnell of 236 Ule Trail in Walkerton was served a warrant after leaving the Plymouth Hospital emergency room. She had two warrants, one for a Probation Violation and another for Failure to Appear.
The charges and information supplied are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed; all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
