Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer arrested 26 year old Cody D. Overmyer of Monterey on Friday evening. Overmyer was arrested at Walmart for Theft about 7:15 and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
A little bit later that evening Officer Chad Beatty was dispatched to Casey’s General Store on East Jefferson Street for a subject smoking marijuana in the restroom. About 10:30 officers made contact with 31 year old Jesse Sipin of Marshall Street in Argos who was still in the restroom. Sipin was transported to the County Jail and booked in for Possession of Marijuana.
