Tuesday April 4, at approximately 9:30 p.m. the Marshall County Dispatch Center received a report of a physical domestic battery in the 13,700 block of State Road 17 in Culver.
The victim told police she was pregnant and her husband had struck her. County officers located both parties on the property and during the investigation 36 year old Erlin Martinez was taken into custody. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Battery Injury to a Pregnant Female and Domestic Battery in the presence of a Child.
The victim did not require medical attention at the time.
