About 5:30 Sunday morning Marshall County Police Officer Wozniak was dispatched to Swan Lake Resort for a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot.

The caller told dispatch that the vehicle had not been there very long and it was running and was occupied. Arriving on the scene, the officer found the driver, 22 year old Joshua Sanders of Jarrah Road in Plymouth slumped over the steering wheel with his foot on the gas pedal.

While wakening-up Sanders the officer detected the odor of alcohol on his breath. Joshua Sanders was taken to the Plymouth Hospital for a certified blood draw for alcohol and was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC more than two times the legal limit. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
