news handcuffA traffic stop by Plymouth Police Officer Matt Emenhiser on Sunday evening ended with a local man being arrested.

About 5:15 the officer stopped 37 year old Jamie Wacasey of Olive Trail at the intersection of Dore Lane and Solomon Court.  During the investigation it was discovered that Wacasey had been convicted as a Habitual Traffic Violator for Life and was in possession of marijuana.

Wacasey was lodged in the County Jail on a $3,000 cash bond.
