PHS BPA State Qualifiers 1 2017Dozens of Plymouth High School students attended the Business Professionals of America (BPA) three-day State Leadership Conference in Indianapolis last week.
Plymouth High School would like to congratulate Club sponsor Mr. Gene Skirvin and all of the students who competed in this year’s BPA state competition. Several students placed at state in specific competitions. Those students are:
Senior Garrett Garver placed first in Economic Research, and has qualified for the 2017 National Leadership Conference which will be held in Orlando, Florida, May 10-14. He also placed first in Accounting Math Concepts and fifth in Financial Math and Analysis Concepts.

The Web Site Design team of Sarah Egierski (11), Nicole Keller (10), Julia Patrick (10), and Kaitlyn Renneker (10) placed second and have also qualified for Nationals.

Junior Garret May placed second in Network Administration Using Microsoft and has also qualified for Nationals in May.
Junior Maggie Nate placed fifth in Human Resource Management.
Junior Emily Cochern placed seventh in Administrative Support Concepts.

Advancing to finals, but not placing were, Leah Smith (11) in Advanced Interview and Hugh Smith (9) in Extemporaneous Speech.
