County Police recently arrested several people for Operating While Intoxicated Engendering a person.

MugShot_Rodney DixieOn Friday, March 17th, at 2:05 in the morning, Officer Wozniak conducted a traffic stop in the area of US 30 and Pioneer Drive on a black 1999 Toyota passenger car. The driver, 46 year old Rodney Dixie of Fort Wayne, was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.

MugShot_Noah KellyFriday evening about 9:45 an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on US 30 near Oak Road.  The officer determined that the driver, 18 year old Noah Kelly of Bourbon was impaired. He was taken for a certified chemical test and later lodged in the Marshall County Jail for OWI Endangering, OWI with a BAC of .08% or more, Illegal Possession of an Alcoholic Beverage, and Illegal Consumption of Alcohol.   The cash bond for Noah Kelly was $1,500.

MugShot_John KratzchmarOn Sunday, March 19th, just after 4 a.m. Officer Wozniak attempted to stop a beige 2011 Chevrolet passenger car in the area of Oak Drive and Markley Drive for an equipment violation. The vehicle turned east onto Markley drive and struck the curb, driving over it and slowing coming to a stop.   The driver, 43 year old John C. Kratzchmar Jr of Walkerton was found to be operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
