On Saturday evening, March 18th, about 8:15, an officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department initiated a traffic stop on a black 2008 Dodge Magnum in the area of US 31 and 11th Road.
The driver, 18 year old Jose Santana of Logansport was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver`s license. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $250 cash bond. About 10:30 Saturday night Santana bonded out of Jail and will appear in Marshall Superior Court II on April 25th.
