suspendedPlymouth Police arrested two people for Driving While Suspended with prior charges.

On Friday, March 17th Officer John Weir stopped a black Nissan for a traffic violation in the 700 block of West Jefferson Street.  The driver, 33 year old Heather S. Tasker of Plymouth was found to be driving on a suspended license with a prior charge.  Tasker was booked into the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.  She was released on March 19th at 1 p.m. with No Judicial Review.

Saturday, March 18th Officer Krynock stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction about 6:45 at 2341 West Jefferson Street.  The driver, 24 year old Cassandra Nichole Sparks of Plymouth was driving on a suspended license and had a previous charged.  Sparks was booked into the Marshall County Jail and held on a $750 cash bond.  She was released about 11:50 Sunday morning after posting bond.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
