19 year old Jason Knepper of Plymouth was arrested Friday evening by County Police following a traffic stop on King Road near 9A Road.
About 9:30 a county officer stopped the vehicle and determined that Knepper was impaired and in possession of marijuana. He was taken for a certified chemical test and then lodged into the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, OWI on a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Paraphernalia. The cash bond was set at $1,500 cash.
