About 4 Tuesday afternoon, Bremen Officer Trent Stouder stopped a vehicle and found the driver, 40 year old Michael Brooks to be Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Operating While Intoxicated with a BAC of .08% or higher and Reckless Driving.

Brooks was held on a $3,000 cash bond.
