Officer Adam Hudson with the Bourbon Police Department was running radar at Lincoln Highway and Elm Road on Monday evening about 7 when he observed a vehicle traveling with no license plate light. During a traffic stop it was found that the driver, Marc Garrison Gross was operating on a suspended license. A search of the vehicle located a substance that field tested positive for marijuana along with paraphernalia.
Gross was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Driving While Suspended with a prior conviction and Possession of Marijuana. His cash bond was set at $750.
