The Weidner School of Inquiry’s BioArt class hosted the fifth Clay For Cancer night at PHS on Monday, March 6.
Throughout the month, freshman students in Haley Church and Phil Koops BioArt classes have been busy creating the clay artwork. Each student created a one of a kind clay piece of art that was available for bid by silent auction during the evening. Proceeds raised during the evening will be donated to the Cancer Association of Marshall County.
Students teamed up and researched a specific type of cancer discussing case studies on the cancer, treatments and prevention and presented their information to those in attendance.
