Thursday morning about 4:30 Plymouth Police Officer Chris Miller was conducting a welfare check at the Red Rock Inn when he observed 35 year old Woodrow Leroy Fletcher with an Economy Inn address operating a vehicle parked behind a vehicle related to his investigation.

Fletcher identified himself using a false name and birth date and when being booked into the County Jail it was determined he was also driving while suspended.

Fletcher was booked into the jail on charges of False Informing and Driving While Suspended with a prior.
