A County Police Officer stopped a vehicle early Saturday morning March 4 at US 31 and 14C Road and arrested a South Bend man.
Just before 2 a.m. 53 year old Kim Coleman of South Bend was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating While Intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content of .15% or more and Possession of Marijuana.
Colman was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
