The Marshall County Drainage Board will meet Monday morning beginning at 8:15 in a Special meeting to open bids for a maintenance project on the Baker Arm to the Sarber Ditch. The special meeting was necessary because no bids were received on the project in February. County Surveyor Craig Cultice extended the deadline to complete the work in anticipation of getting contractors to bid on the project.
The Marshall County Commissioners will meet right after the special Drainage Board meeting at 8:30. The lengthy agenda includes highway report, quarterly EMA report, Insurance update by Gibson, and the quarterly report from the County Building Inspector. Also up for consideration is a request from James and Jean Klinedinst on lake property at Kreighbaum Lake, and update on the Capital Improvement Program from Dave Lattimer from the Plymouth Airport and a discussion on a Commissioner Certificate Sale.
The Commissioner’s meeting is open to the public and comments and questions are welcome. The meeting in on the 2nd floor of the County Building.
