Warrant_servedMonday evening about 7:15 Officer Ben McIntyre observed 45year old Jose Carias at the Pak-A-Sak on West Jefferson Street.  After confirming an active warrant for his arrest with Marshall County Dispatch, Officer McIntyre arrested Mr. Carias without incident and transported him to the Marshall County Jail.

Carias was held on a $189 cash bond for a Failure to Appear/Fines and Costs warrant.  He was released on the 28th just before 5 p.m. after paying this bond.
