Monday afternoon Bremen Police were dispatched to 111 South Center Street for an issue. Michael Yarian is alleged to have thrown a cinder block through the Bremen Town Hall front door/ window.
Assistant Chief Keith Fraine ended up arresting 49 year old Michael Yarian of Bourbon on multiple charges.
Yarian was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Obstruction of Traffic, Criminal Mischief, Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Law Enforcement.
Yarian was held on a $10,000 cash bond.
