A Plymouth man was arrested Saturday, February 25th, about 3:30 in the morning after a Marshall County Officer stopped a black 2006 Pontiac passenger vehicle in the area of US 30 and Tulip Road.
The driver, 25 year old Don C. Turner Jr. of Plymouth was found to be Operating a Vehicle Without ever Receiving a Driver`s License and was taken to the Marshall County Jail. Turner was held on a $250 cash bond for about an hour and then bonded out.
