MugShot_Scott TharpeThursday (2/23/17) morning about 11:30 Plymouth Police Officer Steve DeLee was dispatched to the Kroger store on North Michigan Street for a male subject who had been trespassed earlier and was back in the parking lot.

Officer DeLee located the suspect, 34 year old Scott M. Tharpe who lied about his identity in an attempt to hide from a warrant.

Mr. Tharpe was taken into custody and transported to the County Jail where he was booked in for False Informing and Trespass after Being Denied and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
