HeroinWednesday morning City Police Officer Bob DeLee stopped a truck in the 200 block of West Madison Street because the license plate did not match the vehicle description.

The driver, 34 year old Terri Fields of Knox was found to be driving on a suspended license with priors.

When officers searcher the truck they located a hypodermic needle and determined it to be heroin.

Terri Fields was taken into custody and booked for Possession of a Narcotic Drug and Driving While Suspended with prior.  She was held in the Marshall County Jail with a cash bond of $1,500.
