Police Handcuffs19 year old Terrance Hardy Marsh of South Bend and three juveniles were involved in a theft of numerous items from the Red D Mart on Tuesday, February 21st at 11:30 in the morning.

The subjects fled north on US 31 and an officer from the Indiana State Police was able to stop the suspects near Kern Road.  The stolen merchandise and a handgun were located in the vehicle.

Hardy was taken to the County Jail and held for Theft and Possession of a Firearm by a Domestic Batterer.  His cash bond was set at $1,500.  The three juveniles were released to their parents.
