Police Officer Shanna Gilmer arrested 37 year old Brett M. Creighbaum of Rochester on Sunday, February 19th.
Creighbaum was located at Columbus Drive and Jefferson Streets and transported to the Marshall County Jail on an active warrant through Marshall County for Failure to Appear and held on a $250 cash bond.
